DKB-Skisport-HALLE is operated by Oberhof-Sportstätten GmbH (OSG), a limited liability company. The majority shareholder (51%) is the State Development Corporation of Thuringia. Schmalkalden-Meiningen district and the city of Oberhof each hold 24.5% of the shares.
